About
The admissions process has become increasingly complex and confusing.
So I'll be with you every step of the way!
I'm passionate about helping students and families navigate the ever-changing -- and often stressful -- process of college admissions. Whether you are a first-time freshman or a transfer student, striving for a highly selective college, looking for a specific program or needing to make college more affordable, my goal is to help every type of student find their unique voice and ‘best fit’ school.
After receiving my degrees in mathematics and psychology from Syracuse University, I ran a successful executive search firm for 15 years, helping thousands of executives determine their next career steps. In 2014, I shifted my focus to helping students and I love it!
I recently completed the UCLA College Counseling Certificate program and I am a proud member of NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) and WACAC (Western Association for College Admission Counseling).

Leslie helped us get organized, relax and make a real plan that was plausible and specific to my son's needs. She got a spread-sheet together with pertinent and relevant stats on each school and was able to help us make connections to the schools we were interested. In addition, she suggested additional schools that that he applied to. Leslie is an excellent proof-reader. She read through my son's essays, giving great tips and suggestions. I couldn't imagine working with anyone more qualified, competent, or skilled in the college counseling arena. Best of all, my son recently got news of his acceptance to CalArts, his first-choice school, along with several other UC's! We consulted with Leslie for my daughter, who ended up getting into pretty much all the schools she wanted. He was also waitlisted at one school and she helped write a letter of continued interest and he was ultimately accepted there as well. In addition, Leslie has helped guide me through the financial aid process and I am grateful for her support and knowledge. Leslie has so many gifts that she offers to her students and their families. She is dedicated and focused.
